During the month of December we are preparing our consciousness for 2010. Last week we took the first step, gratitude. Now it is time to embrace the “Good Times” we had in 2009. This week we will be journaling about those delightful times we experienced during the year.
By processing and releasing the “Good Times,” we will be open to even greater good times in the future.
