Thanksgiving week is a time when we are joining with our loved ones to celebrate and give thanks. This is a great week to practice detachment and observation because of the energy and vibration coming in, which will help us to identify old patterns and erase them from our consciousness. However, in order to bring greater peace to that day, here is the action to take.
Action to take:
Mediate each morning and picture the day filled with joy and happiness. By doing this we are creating a thought form. The mind is the main creative factor and the utilizer of energies. By taking this action we are in essence bringing forth greater harmony for all our loved ones.
