Each year brings about some difficulties and disappointments. In order to flush out those old thoughts it is necessary to observe and journal these disappointments and learn what  your Soul is trying to tell you.  I learned the most about myself through my difficulties, and so will you.

Actions to take:

  • Observe
  • Journal
  • Release and clear the way for a whole new year filled with new possibilities.

Disappointments and Difficulties

Working first with Step Four of Jane Elizabeth’s “Seven Steps for Moving into the New Year”, gives us an opportunity to confront the disappointments and difficulties of the past year.

Look at your 2012. Have you had any disappointments or difficulties this year?  Do you have resentments to let go, or things that happened that didn’t please you or challenges you may be going through right now?

Step Four is a good place to begin to ask your soul to guide you through this process.

Some helpful questions to journal through this part of the process include asking yourself:

  • What specific incidents caused you disappointments?
  •  Do you have resentments about a situation?
  •  What attitudes or beliefs do you have because of these disappointments?

It is so important to continue to journal so we can bring into focus our past and what has not worked for us, to release and move in consciousness. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to take my past into the future. Jane Elizabeth always tells us to journal, journal, journal and journal some more!

My blessing is for you to experience a Greater God Awareness in your heart.

My Love to you on this Journey!
