The more we learn to trust our intuitive mind, the more it works for us. Sometimes we have to let go of things that we are very attached to because these attachments are holding us back, and our soul is trying to tell us it is time for a change.
It is important to distinguish between our false cravings or addictions and our true intuitive impulses. False cravings are something we think we want, and when we get it, it doesn’t really satisfy us or enhance our lives. A sure sign you are following your intuition is that you feel more alive and experience an energy shift.
Action to take: Our intuitive self has a unique energy or feeling. Meditate to get in touch with that energy and vibration.

It is said that the only constant in life is change. We can count on it. Change is happening, whether we like it or not. And so many people just plain don’t like it. We tend to welcome the changes that feel good, that we deem positive, yet it’s those other changes that can be annoying or frightening that we don’t want to embrace. You know the kind …the ones that disturb our equilibrium, turn our lives upside down, take us out of our comfort zones and make us think differently or take on a new responsibility that we don’t want…basically the changes that make us learn and grow.
Yeah, who wants that? Who wants to grow? If you look at your ego, it’s not raising its hand. It does its best to keep us from moving forward in consciousness.
But, as souls in evolution, if we say yes to change and embrace it, seeing it from a spiritual point of view, we see that change is the very catalyst that moves us forward. And yes, it sometimes shakes us up so that we become free of worn-out thought patterns that bind us. Imagine change as the great liberator!
The good news is that we always have the inner support we need. God within helps and guides us through it all, giving us courage, strength and clarity. It’s up to us to connect to that inner support.
