Beloved Soul in Evolution,
How did you do this past week monitoring yourself when you felt emotionally charged? Did you journal? Did you learn something new about yourself?
In this week’s video, I am continuing this discussion on dissolving emotional pain. The Spiritual Thermometer is a spiritual power tool that can help you identify where you are emotionally.
Your emotions, your feelings, are a very important part of being human; but they also can get you into trouble! As you move into spiritual beingness (the fourth dimension), you have to understand your emotions, where they came from, and how to dissolve them. When you do this, you can see what is triggering you, and how your emotions get in the way of making good decisions for yourself.
Using the Spiritual Thermometer will help you identify your emotions, which will also help you begin to understand what you are creating in your life. This can be very hard, because people don’t like looking at themselves squarely. But every action you take has a reaction. What karma are you creating for yourself? Looking at yourself, your emotions and intentions, and learning how to stop your emotions so you can change your motivations, is required in order to move beyond the opposites of human emotion.
This is a tough lesson, but very, very important.
Watch this week’s video and keep your Spiritual Thermometer close by. Practice observing where you are on the thermometer. Then practice identifying where your family members are on it. How will you respond differently when you know you are below a five? How will you respond differently when you know someone else is below a five?
Email me and tell me what your experience is with the Spiritual Thermometer. This is a practice that will continue throughout your spiritual journey, so any steps you take in being responsibility for your own emotions will greatly help you move forward.
Share this video with anyone you think would be supported by it. It is valuable no matter where someone is on their spiritual awakening!
With all my love,
Jane Elizabeth
