I hope you are enjoying revisiting my videos this summer. While I am working on a new project that will support you, this is a good time to refresh and practice tools for the journey.
In this week’s video, I continue the focus on mastering the mind. The importance of this cannot be understated. In order for the soul to take over the personality, it is important to watch the ego at work. The ego has to go, and the mind entraps the ego. To still the mind is to withdraw the energy from the ego self, slowly but surely, and make room for the soul to infuse your consciousness.
In this video, I also share some of the benefits of doing this hard work. It is indeed worth your strenuous effort!
Revisit this video many times this week. There are many layers to it, and you will find what you need wherever you are. Let it support you as you work on mastering your mind and experience more and more of your soul moving through you.
