Beloved Soul in Evolution,
How is your Observer Self supporting you? Are you remembering to be the Observer of your actions, the Observer of your thoughts? This is an important tool that belongs to you and helps you master the emotions that will come up on this journey. The more you use it, the stronger it gets, and the better it works for your awakening.
In this week’s video, I am addressing this Observer Self, so get ready! Learning to be in charge of your emotions–instead of letting your emotions be in charge of you–is the first step in mastering your whole self. You won’t go on to other steps until you have gained momentum with this practice.
As you work on healing past hurts, disappointments, difficulties, unrealized hopes and dreams, there will be a lot of emotion that arise in the process. What do you do with those emotions? What you don’t want to do is act out on them! The Observer Self helps you watch, learn about, and release those emotions. This is the first step in detaching from the third dimensional world.
My favorite Spiritual Power Tool is the Spiritual Thermometer. I used that Thermometer for years to help me observe my inner emotional process and impulses. I could then catch myself before I acted on those emotions, and was able to choose how to respond–or not–to the situation at hand.
Watch this video and practice, practice, practice being your Observer Self this week–and every day to come! It’s a spiritual muscle that belongs to you and requires exercise so it can support you!
