Exploration of the Spiritual Teachings: Jewels from Jane Elizabeth

Seven Steps for Releasing the Year

Step 3: Forgiveness

Course Recording, Reflections, and Further Support

For You to Ponder on Your Spiritual Journey This Week:

  1. What three ideas stood out to you from Sunday’s course?
  2. How are you applying those new insights to your daily life experiences this week?

Key Points from Sunday’s Jewel:

  1. Forgiveness is the way to free yourself from past hurts and from your own perceived mistakes.
  2. It erases the karma that anger and resentment pulls to you.
  3. When you don’t forgive, you are binding yourself to those false beliefs, those difficult others, or those situations that were difficult and disappointing.
  4. This is your opportunity to release those old, sticky thoughtforms so that you can move into the new year with a clear slate.
  5. Forgiveness is a powerful energy you can wield to change your future for the better!

  4. What will happen in the new year if you do forgive?
  5. What else stood out for you from this video that is helping you release this year?
